Awakened Heart
Awakened Heart (AH) is a program consisting of the Healing Roots, Wounds, and Heart (HRWH) series as well as independent classes such as: Freeing my codependent Heart, A Heart that Grieves, Heart Relationships, Shame Free living, and Freeing my Fearful Heart. All series and classes are designed toward purposeful and authentic living.
The Healing Roots, Wounds, and Heart series consists of three phases described below. The objective and goals of Healing Roots, Wounds, and Heart are broken out according to the phase in which you are enrolled. Each phase builds upon the previous one. As such, Phase I is a pre-requisite for Phase II and Phase II is a perquisite for Phase III. There are also stand-alone packages that are offered as an in-depth teaching on a particular subject matter such as shame or the codependency series. Stand-alone packages that need perquisites will be noted.
PHASE I
Phase I is laying the foundation of HRWH. The goal is to bring awareness and increase insight into areas that may be affecting current relationships; recognizing blockages and hindrances, increasing internal capacities and building resilience cognitively, emotionally, physically and spiritually. We achieve these goals through education, self-care, and prayer.
PHASE II
Phase II is delving deeper into the heart issues that continually block us from reaching our goals and desires. The primary focus in this phase will be on attachment, generational patterns, interpersonal styles and resilience. The goal is to thrive in healthy interpersonal relationships.
PHASE III
Phase III is applying what we learned in Phases I and II. It is a combination of lecture and practical application of goals and adjustments to how we currently live and work. In this phase you will have a coach or mentor that you are accountable to and an opportunity for internship. The goal of this phase is Purposeful Living
